Inter-municipal industrial park, full-life-cycle project management, covering conceptualization, area development, site marketing, sales and operation of Industrial Park UNO (appr. 200 ha). Scope of project management tasks:

  • Consolidation and Fusion of Involved Municipalities

  • Investment Financing, Re-Financing by Sales and Charges

  • Project Management, Planning, Permit, Construction Works

  • Land Purchase, Parcel Restructuring, Lot Sales,

  • Coordination of Administrative and Permit Procedures

Today, Industrial Park UNO at the motorway A4 is nearly completely covered  (e.g. DHL, DPD, Zufall-Group, ALDI-Distribution Center, Garbe, Gazeley). The park includes several soalr power plants with a total capacity of appr. 20 MWp

Externalö project management of the development, Marketing and Operation of an industrial area (appr. 20 ha) around the regional lead investment (meat production center). Scope of project management tasks:

Development and implementation of an alterbnative organization- and financing model for a rural area day care and primary School operated by private institutions. The related real estate Investments were financed by a local Private Finance Initiative (PFI). Scope of project management tasks:

  • Contract Framework für Ownership and Operation Company and Lease

  • Implementation

The Montessori-School in Nohra is a supraregional magnet (appr. 4 applicants per vacancy). An Extension is currently in consideration.

Infrastructure: Wastewater Management

External Project Management for the - at first participating municipalities - later the wasterwater agency. Object: wastewater treatment plant of 45,000 cap-equivalents, 4 local networks, conveyor pipes, punmp stations. Scope of project management tasks:

  • Foundation and Financial Management of Wastewater Agency

  • Structure Consolidation, Termination of the Wastewater Agency

The Halbach-Benchmarks for average specific investment, operation and administration cost could be beaten significantly. The wastewater infrastructure was prerequisite for the complete rehablitation of the participating municipalities, three industrial areas and appr. 3,000 new jobs. After successful structure consolidation the wastewater fees was < 2 €/cbm.
